JOB DUTIES As pool staff, you ensure a safe and pleasant visit for our guests at the swimming facility and work with colleagues to ensure the facility meets expectations regarding service, cleanliness and lifeguarding. Job duties: • Lifesaving and pool supervision • Swimming instructor, plan and conduct swimming lessons for school students and for the facility's own programs for all ages, from baby swimming to adult swimming classes • Facility maintenance • Customer service • Cash register operation • Water exercise instructor • Water treatment • Plan, develop and conduct various activities and events • Café operations Working hours are 38.25 hours per week and include work during mornings, afternoons and weekends. QUALIFICATIONS To work as pool staff with us, you must have good swimming skills and be comfortable in water. We require that you have completed the Gold Badge certification. You must be over 18 years old and speak Swedish and English fluently as these are required in daily work. We consider it a merit if you have swimming instructor training or equivalent education. It is also a merit if you have experience in this profession. We would like you to have customer service experience and good computer skills. We are looking for someone with good judgment and the ability to act calmly even in stressful situations. Since you will frequently interact with our pool guests, you need to be service-oriented and have interest and ability to help others. The work is done in teams and it is important that you have good collaboration skills. We are looking for someone who is driven and wants to be part of developing our operations. We place great importance on personal suitability.
