Pool Attendant / Swimming Instructor

We are seeking a pool attendant / swimming instructor for Lärkan Family Pool in Sala. You will work with swimming classes, sauna evenings, themed evenings, facility maintenance, gym instructions, as well as cash register and reception work. This is a full-time position with varying hours, including evenings and weekends. We value good customer service and a safe environment for all ages. Description You are welcome to be a trained swimming instructor. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who has a calm and safe approach when spending time with children and adults in the water. Good customer service, service orientation, and social skills are essential to your work. About the Workplace Lärkan Family Pool is a calm swimming facility that offers a family pool and a teaching pool. In addition, there is Actic gym as well as sports facilities and sports halls. We are approximately 16 employees working as pool attendants, facility maintenance staff, swimming instructors, caretakers, and a booking office that handles association services. Job Responsibilities We are looking for someone who enjoys varied assignments with different tasks. You should be passionate about providing pleasant service and the highest quality service. Focusing on the customer feels completely natural to you. You have a welcoming manner, an eye for order and cleanliness, and an ability to create a positive atmosphere with both customers and colleagues. You are also passionate about facility maintenance and want to contribute to a pleasant, welcoming, and hygienic environment. Qualifications You should have experience from the swimming pool industry. It is advantageous if you are a trained swimming instructor but not required. You must pass a swimming and lifesaving test to be eligible for employment. You are a driven and responsible person with an ability to make contact and build relationships. You are organized, engaged, and unpretentious. You should also be flexible and willing to work evenings and weekends.
