About the Position
We are now recruiting a pool manager for the bathhouse Forshallen, where your tasks will include:
swimming instruction
facility maintenance
cashier work at the entrance and café
supervision of the swimming pools
other duties as needed in the swimming facility.
Evening and weekend work may occur in this position.
Qualifications
We would like you to have pool lifeguard certification and/or swimming instructor training. We want you to have experience working in a bathhouse, lifeguarding, swimming school, and water training.
You are someone with a solution-oriented approach. You have strong interpersonal skills and can inspire, engage, and support others. You are service-minded, have good communication skills, and maintain a positive attitude. You enjoy collaboration and working with people both in groups and independently.
Personal suitability is given great weight.
