About the Position With us, no two days are alike, and the role spans a broad range of operations, safety, and interactions with our visitors. We're looking for you if you thrive in an active role and have experience with or interest in: Service and hospitality: Professional customer service is the foundation of everything we do, ensuring every guest feels seen and welcomed. Water safety and safety mindset: Having good knowledge of the facility's risks, actively working to prevent accidents, and being prepared to intervene if the situation requires it. Swimming instruction and simple activities: Being able to support and lead swimming instruction for municipal schools and residents when needed, as well as facilitating simple group activities. Facility maintenance and facility care: We collectively take responsibility for all facility care in both the pool and sports hall – from daily cleaning and maintenance to simple routines around water testing, where flexibility is key to seeing what's needed in the moment. You are curious, open to new tasks, and have no problem pitching in where needed – whether it involves guest contact, cleaning, or leading an activity in the pool hall. Requirements and Selection Process Swimming proficiency is an absolute requirement to perform this work. As part of the recruitment process, we will conduct practical swimming and diving tests.
