Lifeguard – Hourly Temporary Position in Myresjö and Vetlanda

We are now looking for you to work as an hourly temporary lifeguard at our Bath & Gym facilities in both Myresjö and Vetlanda. Here you'll meet everyone from children just getting acquainted with water to seniors taking their daily exercise routines. In Vetlanda Municipality, we have two bath and swimming facilities. Both facilities feature a café and well-equipped gyms with modern equipment. Myresjö Swimming Hall offers a 25-meter pool, teaching pool, and splash pool for our youngest visitors. Vetlanda Bath House has a 16-meter pool, rehabilitation pool with adjustable floor, and a relaxation area with bubble pool and several types of saunas. At our facilities, we operate swimming schools for preschool, school, and the general public, as well as training both individually and in groups. As a lifeguard with us, you are involved in all aspects of the operation. Your tasks include, among others: Swimming instruction Pool supervision Leading group activities Staffing the reception desk with cash register Facility maintenance Swimming instruction is an important part of the work. You will work with both school swimming classes and swimming instruction for the general public of various ages. You contribute to making the operation run smoothly and become part of a team that together manages and develops our facilities. We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, engaged, and enjoys working with people. You have good interpersonal skills and are comfortable interacting with different target groups. We place great emphasis on personal qualities. Employment type: Fixed-term contract. Duration: 11 days - 3 months, start date: August 30 or by agreement. Selection and interviews are held on an ongoing basis. Working hours: Daytime, evening, and weekends.
