Together with colleagues, you work to create a facility where visitors feel safe, welcome and inspired to develop in and around the water. Through good service and high quality, you contribute to a positive experience for everyone who visits the facility. Your Mission As a pool manager, you have an important role in creating a safe, secure and welcoming environment for our visitors. You work closely with people of all ages and contribute to making the facility a meeting place that promotes public health, movement and joy, and swimming skills. The position may also include administrative tasks as well as reception work, as well as participation in planning and coordination of operations. The work is varied and combines service, safety and educational elements. Together with colleagues, you work to give our visitors a positive experience and actively contribute to the facility's development. The work is carried out in smaller work teams and includes day, evening and weekend shifts. The role includes: - Planning and conducting swimming lessons and swimming school activities for different target groups - Promoting activity, movement and joy, and participation in the facility's various activities - Responsibility for supervision and safety in and around the pool facility - When needed, work in reception with customer service, bookings and information for visitors - Contributing to a safe, pleasant and well-maintained facility and participating in the facility's development work - Participating in administrative tasks as well as planning and coordination of the facility's activities and operations. Your Profile We place great importance on personal qualities and are looking for someone who is confident, responsible and service-oriented and enjoys working with people of all ages. You have a positive attitude and build trusting relationships with both visitors and colleagues. You are flexible and have good collaboration skills while also being able to work independently and make decisions when the situation requires it. The role places high demands on you being attentive, solution-oriented and having the ability to remain calm even in situations requiring quick action. For employment, you need good swimming skills and a passed diving and lifesaving test (Gold Badge swimming certificate). Further, we see that you have: - Upper secondary education focused on children and leisure, or education or experience that the employer deems equivalent - Previous work experience in service or educational activities - Good computer skills - Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing It is advantageous if you have: - Certificate as a trained swimming instructor or experience in swimming school teaching - Lifesaving training or other safety-related training - Experience as a group instructor Employment Information You have the opportunity to assume this position subject to necessary decisions being made.
