As one of the municipality's most visited facilities, we offer a wide range of activities for people of all ages. Here you will find, among other things, an adventure pool with water slides, bubble pools, a fitness pool and a relaxation area. WORK TASKS As a Pool Manager at Nordpoolen, you have a varied role and are an important part of the operation. You meet visitors of all ages, collaborate with colleagues and contribute to creating a welcoming and positive experience for our guests. The role involves active participation in daily operations while you have responsibility for planning, coordination and development within certain operational areas. Your main work tasks: • Pool supervision, facility operations and customer service • Schedule planning and coordination of daily operations • Plan, coordinate, implement and develop swimming instruction and swimming school activities • Introduce, mentor and support new employees • Coordinate and participate in training initiatives in, for example, CPR and lifesaving • Contribute to operational development and improvement work • Work with routines, quality controls and administrative tasks QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who has: • Pool Manager training or other education/experience that the employer deems equivalent • At least 2 years of experience in a relevant field • Valid certificate for Guldbojen, issued within the last six months • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written • Good ability to plan, organize and prioritize work tasks • Good collaboration skills and a clear, communicative working style It is meritorious if you have: • CPR and lifesaving training • Experience in swimming instruction and swimming school activities • Experience in facility maintenance • Experience in leadership, mentoring or coordination • Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft 365 Who are you?
