We are looking for a reliable, service-oriented, and responsible B-driver who thrives with independent work and customer contact. This position is a consulting assignment through Lernia with placement in the Gothenburg area and involves distribution and delivery of goods to customers within the region. You will be employed by Lernia and work as a consultant for our client, with the possibility of transitioning to direct client employment for the right person. About the Position As a B-driver, you are responsible for safe and punctual delivery of goods using a personal vehicle or light truck. The work includes daily deliveries, loading and unloading, handling shipping documents, and simple administration in mobile systems. You work independently in the field and represent both the client and Lernia when meeting with recipients. Your Main Responsibilities Conduct daily deliveries and distribution within the assigned district Loading and unloading goods and securing cargo during transport Document deliveries and register information in our systems Customer contact during delivery and handle any discrepancies Perform simple administrative tasks related to driving and delivery To Succeed in This Role We are looking for someone who is punctual, thorough, and service-oriented. You are comfortable working independently and take responsibility for ensuring that deliveries are completed safely and correctly. You have good communication skills and handle stressful situations in a calm and professional manner. We Require B-driver's license Good knowledge of Swedish, spoken and written Experience in distribution or driver work is a plus Able to work without difficulty using a mobile phone or tablet for digital reporting Personal Qualities You are stress-resilient, service-oriented, and have a safe approach to traffic. You are thorough with documentation and enjoy customer contact. Team spirit and good communication skills are highly valued.
