We at AxÖ Consulting are now seeking an experienced HR Business Partner for an exciting consulting assignment with one of our clients in Linköping. The role involves becoming part of an engaged and competent HR Business Partner team within one of the client's business areas. Working together with managers and leaders, you will contribute to creating a workplace where people thrive, develop, and perform – and where HR is a clear enabler of business success. As an HR Business Partner consultant, you are a key person in driving people excellence and actively contribute to the organization's continued business success. About the Assignment In the role of HR Business Partner, you work closely with the business area's management teams to understand strategic goals, drivers, and how these translate into organization and employee engagement. You take a holistic perspective and have the ability to move from strategy to concrete action. Your responsibilities include: Leading, supporting, and coaching managers on performance management, talent management, and leadership development Driving and supporting change initiatives related to organization, work methods, and culture Contributing to attracting, developing, and retaining the right talent for both current and future needs Working closely with other HR colleagues to implement the people strategy in practice You will be part of the business area's HR Business Partner team of approximately 20 people and work daily in a smaller team focused on a specific business unit. You are: A confident and courageous leader who dares to initiate and drive change A skilled communicator who can balance strategic and operational work Results and execution-oriented with good structure and independence A team player with good judgment, high maturity, and strong collaboration skills Curious, development-oriented, and engaged in the organization's success Qualifications To be a fit for this assignment, we see that you have: 3–7 years of experience in the role of HR Business Partner, preferably from an organization with a clear business and results focus Experience working with or as part of a management team Solid expertise in change management, leadership development, employee engagement, and strategic talent acquisition Very strong ability to communicate in both Swedish and English, orally and in writing Experience with People Analytics is a merit The client is geographically dispersed, which means travel is part of the assignment.
