About the Production Manager role As a production manager, you are responsible for ensuring efficient planning in daily operations, for resource securing, transport management, and order placement. The focus is on creating high delivery reliability and smooth workflows. You may also be responsible for managing smaller projects. You work continuously to develop and improve operations by identifying improvement opportunities that strengthen revenue and cost efficiency for customers, hauliers, and Axavia. In addition to this, administrative tasks are included such as registering new customer setups, handling orders, and preparing quotations. Who are you? You also have good communication skills, are enterprising, engaged, driven, and thorough. You are socially competent with good collaborative skills, take responsibility for your tasks, and remain calm and composed in stressful situations. We see that you have: Upper secondary education or equivalent work experience. The ability to understand and express yourself well in Swedish and English. Driver's license category B. We are looking for someone with good computer skills, knowledge of transport management and/or sales. Experience working with transport and logistics is advantageous. It is also beneficial if you are familiar with Mobilast or similar systems.
