Contract Specialist with Focus on Contract Review at Samhall

We are now recruiting a Contract Specialist to our team in Linköping or Malmö. About the Role As a contract specialist, you are responsible for reviewing and quality-assuring contracts before they are signed with customers. You ensure that contracts, processes, and pricing comply with our guidelines and business requirements. You work closely with our sales team and other internal functions and play an important role in creating quality and security in our business dealings. Your Main Responsibilities Review and interpret contracts before signing Ensure that internal guidelines and processes are followed Verify that the sales process has been correctly executed Review pricing and underlying calculations Provide support and feedback to the sales organization Make decisions about whether contracts can be signed or need to be supplemented Contribute to developing working methods and procedures within the contract area Who Are We Looking For? We are looking for someone who is analytical, thorough, and confident in making independent decisions. You have an easy time understanding extensive information and can make well-founded assessments even in complex situations. You communicate clearly, collaborate well with others, and have a solution-oriented approach to work. We are looking for someone who has: University degree in law, political science, or equivalent Several years of experience working with contracts, business review, controlling, or similar Experience reviewing and interpreting contracts and governance documents Good understanding of business processes and economics Experience handling many cases while maintaining quality and organization It is meritious if you have experience with: Contract review as a primary responsibility Dynamics SharePoint AI-based tools Why Samhall?
