We are now seeking an HR specialist specializing in labor law and collective agreements for our Personnel Unit, where expertise in labor law, collective agreements, and HR are brought together to provide coordinated and professional support to the entire organization. The Personnel Unit's mission is to help the Swedish Maritime Administration be an attractive employer with a strong employer brand and efficient operations. The Unit consists of several specialists who work together to support managers and leadership throughout the organization. We are currently in a development phase where we are reviewing and further developing our collective agreements – work in which you as a labor law and agreements specialist will play an important role. Responsibilities As an HR specialist specializing in labor law and collective agreements, you provide expert support on matters concerning agreements and labor law. You work in close collaboration with both HR colleagues and managers throughout the organization, and are an important part of the Personnel Unit's combined expertise in labor law and negotiations. In the role, you will conduct and lead negotiations, and you will also work with analysis and development of collective agreements. Your responsibilities also include educating on both labor law issues and collective agreement matters, as well as supporting managers with scheduling in accordance with applicable collective agreements. Who Are You? We are looking for someone who has: - Academic education in labor law or HR, or other academic education combined with relevant work experience that we assess as equivalent - Several years of current experience working with collective agreements, for example as an HR specialist, advisor, negotiator, union representative, or other specialist in labor law and collective agreements - Participated in work developing operational analyses and decision-making materials - Good command of the Swedish language in both speech and writing It is meritorious if you have: - Experience from work with agreements in maritime and/or 24/7 operational activities - Experience from simulating and calculating the effect of different agreement proposals We will place great emphasis on your personal qualities, where we see that you have high integrity, are relationship-building, flexible and open to change. You have the ability to act independently and strategically, working until you achieve the desired result. You are driven and skilled at adapting your approach to different audiences. This recruitment concerns a permanent position expected to be filled as soon as possible. Interviews will be held weeks 35-36. The Swedish Maritime Administration may apply a six-month trial period. The position may involve war placement at the Swedish Maritime Administration. Individual salary setting applies to this position. The position may require Swedish citizenship.
