Now we're looking for you who want to think big, new, and differently with us – for the people of Stockholm. At the Development Office, we play an important role in developing and building the capital. We work with many of Sweden's most interesting and high-profile urban development projects. The Development Office is one of the city's agencies and reports to the Development Committee. We are responsible for, among other things, development and management of the city's land, development of residential and business areas, and the city's investments in streets and parks in development projects. Welcome to us We are now looking for you to work as a Contract Administrator in our Land, Valuation, and Legal Affairs department and the Land Management unit. This position represents an expansion of the number of contract administrators from two to three. This is being done to increase the city's security and capacity within this important agreement management function.
