The municipality's procurement and purchasing department is now seeking a contract controller specializing in welfare fraud who wants to be part of developing and driving work with risk management, supplier controls and prevention of welfare fraud. The role as contract controller specializing in welfare fraud with us As a contract controller specializing in welfare fraud within procurement, you have a strategic and coordinating assignment with focus on preventing, detecting and managing risks linked to welfare fraud, unfair competition and unserious suppliers. You work closely with all functions within procurement as well as with purchasers within the municipality where you contribute with analysis, structure and support in both procurement processes and during ongoing contracts. The role has a clear focus on internal control, risk-based monitoring and development of working methods. The role is the municipality's specialist support within the field and you are expected to drive the development of working methods and methodology within risk management, supplier controls and preventive work against welfare fraud. In your role as controller you will, among other things: develop and implement working methods for risk-based supplier monitoring, internal control and preventive work against welfare fraud. identify and analyze risk indicators such as deviating corporate structures, financial irregularities, unauthorized supplier chains or other signals of unfair competition contribute to structured escalation and management of deviations in cooperation with affected functions work systematically with risk analysis linked to procurement, purchasing and contracts conduct and coordinate in-depth supplier controls through analysis of ownership structures, financial information, representatives, employer-related matters and other relevant risk indicators contribute to development of risk-based requirements and monitoring methods in procurement processes and contracts produce decision support materials, analyses and recommendations collaborate with other functions within procurement for proactive work with both risk assessments, requirement setting and monitoring strategies assist purchasers with suspected deviations or irregularities during the contract period monitor the external environment and translate new knowledge into practical improvements collaborate with other municipalities, local BRÅ and internal functions independently plan, conduct and document analyses and controls and translate the results into concrete recommendations and improvement measures Your profile We are looking for someone who is confident, factual and professional in sensitive matters. To succeed in this role we also see that you have the ability to analyze complex information and communicate it in a clear and pedagogical way. You are development-oriented and see opportunities for improvement and can work independently and take responsibility for your assignment.
