We are seeking a contract manager who wants to develop and maximize the value of our framework agreements in healthcare-related consumables and pharmaceuticals. With us, you will combine business, analysis, and relationship building. You work closely with our customers and suppliers to understand needs, follow up on results, and develop agreements and offerings. An important goal is to enable more customers to benefit from our framework agreements. You will join an area with great development potential and will have excellent opportunities to influence how the offering evolves. About the Role As a contract manager, you are responsible for managing, monitoring, and developing framework agreements in healthcare-related consumables and pharmaceuticals. Through active contract management, analysis, and dialogue with customers and suppliers, you work to ensure that agreements are relevant, functioning well, and creating maximum customer value. You monitor agreement results and utilization rates, identify development opportunities, and translate analysis and customer insights into concrete improvements. This may involve developing existing agreements, identifying the need for new framework agreements, or contributing to new services and offerings. You work closely with the category manager and a cross-functional team including procurement specialists, buyers, customer support, and legal experts. Together, you plan and conduct activities to reach set goals and develop the agreement area. The role also includes building long-term relationships with customers and suppliers. You need to understand different perspectives while maintaining focus on business, customer value, and the results we want to achieve. The role involves significant personal responsibility and freedom to plan and drive work forward. At the same time, you become part of a team where we develop the area together. What You Need to Bring - Experience working with agreements, business relationships, or similar matters - Basic knowledge of public procurement and understanding of the conditions for doing business in the public sector - Experience independently driving tasks and activities toward set goals - Strong ability to analyze information and use it to identify problems, opportunities, and improvements - Excellent ability to communicate in Swedish, both spoken and written - Experience using digital systems and tools to support tracking, analysis, or contract management Relevant work experience is more important to us than a specific educational background. It is a Merit if You - Have experience from healthcare operations, pharmaceuticals, vaccines, or related areas - Have experience with contract management and supplier follow-up - Have experience developing digital work methods or solutions together with others that simplify work and create increased customer value Key Competencies for the Role To succeed in the role, you need to be skilled at creating and developing relationships and enjoy collaborating with others. You have good analytical skills and can delve into complex issues, see connections, and translate analysis into concrete improvements.
