Location: Gothenburg Start: Future need Assignment length: Fixed-term employment for 6 months with possibility of extension Working hours: Daytime, with opportunity for flexible hours About the quality inspector role As a quality inspector, you work with quality control of everything from cabling and circuit boards to complete subsystems and finished products. You ensure that products meet drawing requirements and standards, and when something doesn't match, you identify the cause and document the deviation. You start with a thorough introduction to learn the products and processes, then grow into more advanced tasks. You become part of a competent team with various specialist skills where collaboration and quality are in focus. Your responsibilities: Review and check that finished products meet drawings, specifications, and applicable quality standards Identify, handle, and document any deviations in production Assist in troubleshooting and actively contribute to improvement work Responsible for documentation of serial numbers and other relevant quality information What we're looking for We're looking for someone with previous experience from manufacturing industry and who has a sharp eye for detail. You have good technical understanding and enjoy working practically in an environment where quality is in focus. You are organized, take responsibility for your work, and collaborate easily while being self-driven when needed. Requirements for the position: Technical education or equivalent experience Experience in mechanics, cabling, or electronics production Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical documentation Analytical ability and precision in quality work Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both orally and in writing Familiarity with the Office package Meriting: Certification in soldering or IPC standards Previous experience in manufacturing environments Experience with deviation management and problem solving Experience working in business systems, preferably IFS Background check information In accordance with our clients' requirements, a background check in the criminal and liability register is conducted in this recruitment as part of the employment process.
