Our customers are found in both the public and private sectors. The Position As a licensed psychologist, you will work with varying assignments for our customer companies. Work tasks include short-term treatments and support conversations as well as training initiatives within psychosocial work environment. The role also includes planning, implementing, and following up both training and organization-focused assignments. You will be part of a team of professional consultants with medical, technical, psychosocial, organizational, and administrative expertise. Work tasks are performed both in collaboration with your colleagues and independently. You will be based at our health center in Helsingborg, but you will also work at our other locations in the South and at our customers' sites as needed. Work tasks include: Support conversations Rehabilitative interventions Crisis support Organizational assignments Training initiatives Qualifications You are a licensed psychologist with CBT orientation and have experience working with individuals through qualified, short-term-focused treatment and counseling services. Experience in group and organizational development is also an important part of your competence. We would like you to have several years of professional experience and have previously worked within occupational health, but this is not a requirement. Experience from the private sector or other commercial activities is a merit. As a person, you have high integrity and a trustworthy approach. You are analytical, engaged, and business-minded, while enjoying collaboration, taking initiative, and driving work forward. You are motivated by contributing to a sustainable and healthy working life. You are confident, stable, and self-directed, and enjoy working in a team with other professions such as physicians, physiotherapists/ergonomists, occupational health nurses, work environment engineers, and administrators. We place great importance on your personal qualities. You are organized and have good IT skills. Experience with the Office package is a requirement to work with us.
