As a department manager, you will have overall responsibility for leading and developing our work processes with a focus on efficiency, quality, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
In your role as department manager, you are responsible for operations in Västerås and ensure that staff have the right conditions to succeed. You lead multiple teams and work closely with the branch manager, other department managers, and other key functions in the organization. You have a clear focus on leadership, business, and staff development.
You have overall responsibility for the operations, with a focus on:
Personnel responsibility and staff development
Recruitment and competency supply
Local marketing and customer relations
Financial responsibility for the departments
Who Are You?
You have experience from the electrical installation industry and a good understanding of both operations and business. You are a natural leader who inspires and engages. You are structured, solution-oriented, and passionate about coaching employees and building strong teams.
You are motivated by developing the business and thrive in an environment with great freedom with responsibility.
We would like you to have post-secondary education in electrical/installation or equivalent work experience, and a background from the electrical installation industry. You have experience leading teams or projects with responsibility for planning, implementation, follow-up, and finances.
You have good technical competence in electrical installations. The position requires a driver's license and good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
