As a department manager, your most important task is to create the best possible conditions for employees to succeed in their roles. With engaged leadership, you will lead and develop the operations with a focus on quality, job satisfaction, and patient benefit. You will work closely with the operations manager and other clinic leadership to build together Sweden's best internal medicine clinic.
About You
We are looking for you who are a registered nurse with at least three years of experience working in healthcare. We also value experience in leadership roles or leadership education. Experience in change management and development work is also a merit. You have good knowledge of Swedish healthcare and strong communication skills. As a person, you are confident, attentive, and clear in your leadership. You collaborate well with others, build engagement and trust, and have the ability to organize and prioritize work. You are driven by development and see opportunities to improve operations for both patients and employees.
