You lead and develop the department both strategically and operationally with results accountability. You are responsible for developing appropriate signage and communication, working with price positioning, and creating a unified structure in the store while maintaining the highest quality every day. We are looking for someone who is results-oriented, social, and responsive with a focus on customer needs. You can organize and prioritize for efficient store operations.
