What we are looking for:
We are looking for a responsible leader with great commitment and strong entrepreneurial spirit.
You have experience from grocery retail and it is a requirement that you have had an area of responsibility before and are now ready for the next step in your development.
You work both strategically and operationally in day-to-day operations.
You are passionate about creating an inspiring, customer-tailored, and profitable assortment.
You want to contribute to smooth operations with focus on customer service, product display, pricing, and waste reduction.
We work with team picking and together with your sales manager and frozen food manager, you understand the importance of working digitally and prioritizing correctly in daily operations.
Your personal qualities
You have experience from food retail (preferably ICA, but not a requirement), however experience from an area of responsibility is a requirement.
You are driven and motivated by increasing sales figures and improved profitability.
You love customer contact and work to make the customer satisfied every day.
You are an engaged and communicative leader who inspires and motivates others.
You naturally build relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
Examples of areas of responsibility
Financial follow-up
Product procurement and campaign planning
Waste reduction monitoring and preventive planning
Assortment development
Product receiving
Department routines and structure
Product display and sales-driving measures
Qualifications
Experience from a management position is advantageous.
Experience from retail or grocery trade.
Experience from an area of responsibility is a requirement.
Knowledge of retail economics.
Knowledge of calculations and profitability.
Experience with Min Butik and AOB is advantageous.
Other information
We are covered by the Retail sector collective agreement. Start date and salary according to agreement.
