We are now looking for you to take on a varied role in the Skövde-Falköping area and surrounding region. As a substitute coverage specialist, you work independently with freedom under responsibility, and with a service mindset, you put the customer first. You are part of the Farm Services division where your colleagues are Livestock Technicians and Fertility Advisors. The division organizes joint continuing education days and experience meetings, creating team spirit and camaraderie. As a substitute coverage specialist, you are home-based but belong to an operational location where additional functions are available. Your work tasks include: Traditional animal care on dairy farms as well as other service tasks such as taking feed samples with a feed borer or delivering and installing milk sampling boxes. If you are the right person, you have great opportunities to influence your work based on your interests and experience. Our mission is to serve agriculture according to needs, so variation can occur. Employment and Scope: We start with a trial employment period that transitions into a permanent position in the scope you desire. Minimum 50% with the possibility to expand up to 100%. Relevant Education and Experience: Agricultural education or equivalent practical experience is required. You should have experience working previously in tied stalls or in a slurry pit. If you also have experience with milk production in robotic systems, that is a merit. Class B driver's license is required. Knowledge of the Swedish language.
