Avarn Security holds the assignment to deliver personnel security services to the Saab Group in Sweden and abroad. The delivery is a significant part of a coordinated security solution with Avarn Security's security and technology organization. Your main responsibilities will include the following: As a personnel planner with us, your task is to work towards cost-conscious and efficient personnel planning. You will work with analyzing the operations' short-term and long-term staffing needs, schedule and plan personnel on rotating schedules, receive and follow up on absence reports, handle deviations/complaints, holiday planning, and inventory existing schedule solutions and propose new ones. You are expected to analyze and propose solutions for shared use of personnel, support the operations with vacancy management, and continuously work to ensure we operate according to collective agreements. You will be responsible for personnel planning for the entire business area and have close collaboration with the Planning Manager, Site Managers, and Recruiters. You report directly to our Planning Manager Sofie Apelqvist. Working hours: Monday-Friday, office hours Work location: By agreement at the following locations: Varberg, Gothenburg, Linköping, and Lund Duration: Full-time, permanent position. 6-month probation period applies Start date: By agreement Qualifications We are looking for someone who enjoys creating structure, planning long-term, and contributing to operations functioning as smoothly as possible. You have experience with administrative work and preferably personnel planning or scheduling. Most importantly, you have a genuine interest in finding solutions, creating good conditions for employees, and ensuring sustainable staffing over time. As a person, you are thorough, responsible, and good at creating trusting relationships. You are service-oriented and enjoy collaborating with others while working independently and taking your own initiatives. The role requires you to handle multiple tasks in parallel, prioritize effectively, and maintain a calm and structured work approach even when the pace is high. We would like to see that you have a good understanding of how scheduling, resource planning, and personnel costs interact. Experience with staffing or scheduling systems is a merit. You have good computer skills, analytical ability, and feel comfortable working in different administrative systems. You communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, and have the ability to adapt your communication according to recipient and situation.
