You will perform important work! As a fire warden, no two days are alike. The role involves taking responsibility for customer safety, where prevention and incident management are everyday tasks. The assignment includes, among other things, patrols and emergency responses that encompass accidents and medical cases, fire and burglary alarms. We work as a team with strong collaboration, but there is also solo work that requires high responsibility. We are looking for someone who is curious, engaged, and responsible with a strong security mindset. It also requires the ability to make difficult decisions and cooperate with external partners, as you will often be first on the scene of incidents. You must be of legal age to be employed, have approved grades in Swedish 1 and good proficiency in spoken and written Swedish. You must also be without criminal record*, drug-free, have orderly finances, and be in good health and physical condition to be employed at Avarn Security. Guard training is advantageous for these positions.
