Aura Train & Rail is a new and specialized business area within Aura Personal, created to meet the growing needs of the train and railway industry for the right expertise – now and in the future. We are currently seeking experienced train technicians for placement in Nässjö!
As a train technician, you are an important part of a team that ensures trains operate safely and efficiently. You will work with everything from preventive maintenance and service to advanced troubleshooting and repairs. You will document technical deviations and corrective actions, collaborate closely with colleagues – but also work independently when needed.
Your responsibilities will include:
Service, repair, and maintenance of trains
Troubleshooting in mechanics, electrical, and electronics
Reporting and documentation in technical systems
Participating in improvement initiatives regarding safety and quality
Shift work is part of the role – operations run 24/7, year-round. Work hours and schedules will be adapted as much as possible to your expertise and life situation.
We are looking for someone who:
Has several years of experience as a train technician
Has strong Swedish language skills, both spoken and written
Is thorough, organized, and solution-oriented
Enjoys taking responsibility and working both independently and as part of a team
Meritorious:
Strong electrical competence (AC/DC, troubleshooting, schematic reading)
