About the Role As a payroll consultant with us, you work independently with the entire payroll process for our clients. You collaborate closely with both colleagues and clients and serve as an advisor on matters related to compensation and personnel. Your main responsibilities: Manage the entire payroll handling for your own clients Ensure correct reporting to the Tax Agency and other authorities Handle questions regarding compensation, agreements, benefits, and employment law Contribute to the development and optimization of payroll processes Provide qualified support in clients' compensation and personnel matters We are Looking for You You are an authorized payroll consultant (SRF or FAR) You have several years of experience in qualified payroll work You are self-driven, structured, and take responsibility You have strong personal drive and genuine commitment You enjoy client interaction and work in an advisory capacity You have good system skills and an interest in digital development Working with Us With us, you get more than just a job.
