About the role as Auction Broker – freedom, business, and relationships
As an auction broker at Blinto, you're responsible for selling and executing our auction services in your district. The district includes northern and western Stockholm with focus on Järfälla, Sollentuna, Solna, Sundbyberg, Upplands Väsby, Ekerö, Lidingö, Danderyd, and Salem/Rönninge. You work closely with corporate customers in various industries and of varying sizes – no two days are the same.
The role is independent, but you're never alone. You're part of an engaged team and have ongoing support from Blinto's organization – it's together we succeed!
Examples of work tasks:
• Actively build and develop customer relationships through scheduled and spontaneous business visits
• Sell Blinto's auction solution and create long-term partnerships
• Document items for auction (text, photos, and video)
• Follow and support both sellers and bidders throughout the entire auction process
• Negotiate and close deals if reserve prices are not met
In short: you follow your customers all the way – from the first meeting to completed deal.

Your profile – Who are you?
We're looking for someone with sales experience who thrives in a role where you create your own business opportunities. You're used to working proactively – by phone, customer visits, and through your network.
We see that you:
• Have previous sales experience
• Have a Class B driver's license
• Speak and write Swedish fluently
• Have good knowledge of English (many of our buyers are international)
It's a merit if you have an established network within, for example, the automotive, freight, or construction industries.
As a person, you're driven, structured, and responsible. You like setting goals – and reaching them. At the same time, you're relationship-oriented, positive, and confident in customer dialogue.
Blinto is a modern and tech-driven company, so you need to be comfortable working in various digital systems and see technology as a support in your daily work.
