Supervises students with delinquent behavior who have been assigned medium-level supervision or educational intervention measures; develops social skills and teaches practical life skills including personal hygiene, bathing, self-care, and environmental maintenance through direct demonstration and practical example; plans educational activities by creating annual, quarterly, and daily activity work plans; plans student engagement activities, organizes work activities, and maintains classroom counselor daily logs; organizes lesson preparation, provides support to students with learning difficulties; objectively assesses student abilities, progress, and achievements; implements emotionally and physically safe environments, responds to violence and bullying; accompanies students on field trips; conducts pedagogical education and provides information to legal representatives of the child.
