The Ministry of Health announces an open competition for a vacant civil service position – Senior Auditor of the Audit Department (permanent). You will have the opportunity to: work and gain invaluable experience in the development and improvement of the healthcare system; develop regulatory acts, internal audit procedures and forms, and update them; collaborate with other state institutions and non-governmental organizations in the industry at the national level. In your work, you will: conduct system audits and provide consultations to colleagues; participate in the development of an internal audit strategy plan and preparation of department work plans; monitor the implementation of internal audit recommendations and compile information on the results of recommendation fulfillment; during the department manager's absence, lead the work of department auditors in conducting horizontal and vertical audits, and supervise audit execution and work quality at all stages of internal auditing; provide opinions on internal and external regulatory act projects within your area of competence. We expect from you: compliance with the requirements of Article 7 of the State Civil Service Law; second-level higher professional or academic education in healthcare, management, legal sciences, economics, or financial management; experience in internal audit of at least 2 years (please indicate in your CV the work experience that confirms this); work experience in management matters (strategic planning, quality or risk management); knowledge of internal control systems and internal audit standards; understanding of process management systems and risk management; knowledge of legal acts in the field of public administration; ability to apply audit principles, procedures, and techniques; ability to work in high-intensity work conditions and independently plan your work; English language knowledge at least at B2 level to ensure correspondence with foreign cooperation partners; state administration internal auditor certification or a certification recognized by the The Ministry of Health announces an open competition for a vacant civil service position – Senior Auditor of the Audit Department (permanent).
