About the Assignment You will work with standard nursing tasks at the primary care level and advanced home care, where work is performed in patients' home environments. Work tasks may include: Medication management Dose box filling Wound dressing Blood sampling PICC-line management Central catheter care Nutritional infusion administration Other standard nursing tasks in home care Work is based out of a team office, with daily visits to patients in their homes.
