About the Role As a Recycling Worker in Sweden, you work practically with sorting, handling, and recycling waste and materials to reduce environmental impact. What You Will Do Sort and separate recycling materials according to given procedures Load and unload vehicles and containers Monitor and operate simple machinery and equipment Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of the work area Follow safety and environmental procedures in all handling Handle heavy lifting in a safe manner Document deviations and report to the responsible person Collaborate with colleagues for an efficient workflow What You Bring Basic education or equivalent work experience in production or waste management Good physical endurance and focus on safety and the environment Experience in sorting or work within recycling is a merit; forklift certification and driver's license can be a plus You are driven and take ownership of your work You deliver high quality every time You collaborate and lift up the people around you You always want to learn and help others learn at the workplace Salary and Employment Form We offer opportunities for full-time, part-time, or as needed.
