About the Role The atelier associate role is a broad and dynamic function in the atelier where you are an important part of daily operations and contribute to ensuring the atelier's work flows smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities: Support various aspects of production. Packing and shipping customer orders Quality inspection and measurement of finished curtains and quality assurance follow-up Ensure orders are shipped complete Cutting orders as needed Support with accessory handling, such as trimming and packing Assembly of roller blinds Maintaining organization and order in the atelier work areas. Contributing to structure, efficiency, and improvements in the atelier's work methods. We Are Looking for Someone Who: Is meticulous and has strong organizational skills. Thrives in a fast-paced work environment and has the ability to prioritize effectively. Is flexible and adapts easily to changing tasks and needs. Has good computer skills.
