Our AT blocks are 21 months long and start in March and June 2027, with an introductory "acute course" during week 10 or 22. Your Responsibilities As an AT physician with us, you will get a unique combination of training and practical medical work under professional responsibility. You will have the opportunity to develop both professionally and personally, with clinical training and a smooth introduction to working life. Your Knowledge and Competencies We are looking for you who have a valid medical degree or a basis for decision from the National Board of Health and Welfare. You have a strong drive to develop and a willingness to contribute to the advancement of the operation together with colleagues and employees. You are engaged, flexible, and have an excellent ability to adapt to different situations, which enables you to handle both independent work and teamwork. You always keep the patient in focus and are responsible and motivated in your work. Your communication skills and your willingness to contribute to a good work environment are qualities we value highly. To find the right person for the role, we place great emphasis on personal qualities. It is a merit if you have previously worked as a junior physician and can provide written references and/or letters of recommendation.
