The position is primarily focused on our Asthma/COPD clinic, where you are responsible for independent clinic work. Your responsibilities include: - Performing spirometry tests - Conducting monitoring, follow-up, and treatment of asthma and COPD patients according to national guidelines - Providing phone advice and patient support - Prescribing aids and treatment devices according to current guidelines - Providing counseling on lifestyle and behavioral changes - Working actively with quality improvement and patient safety in the Asthma/COPD area The position also includes, to some extent: - Scheduled and unscheduled clinic visits - On-call duty work - Phone counseling for other health center operations Qualifications We are looking for you who are a licensed district nurse with prescribing rights and authorization to work in Swedish healthcare. You have specialist competence in asthma and COPD care. We require that you have: - Experience working in Swedish healthcare - Strong ability to work independently and take responsibility for patient care and follow-up - Professional demeanor and a patient-centered approach to work It is meritorious if you have: - Experience working in primary care - Experience working at an Asthma/COPD clinic - Good computer skills - Experience with TeleQ and the TakeCare journal system Personal Qualities We place great emphasis on personal suitability, commitment, and good collaboration skills.
