As TIP Group continues to grow in Sweden, we are now seeking an Assistant Workshop Manager for the Gothenburg facility. About the Position As Assistant Workshop Manager at TIP Group, you will be an important part of daily operations and provide support to the Workshop Manager in operational work. The role combines administration, customer contact, planning and technical understanding with a clear focus on ensuring an efficient and well-functioning workshop. The work is performed in a dynamic environment where quality, service and collaboration are in focus. Key responsibilities include: Planning daily productivity and workshop operations Handling warranties and service agreements Providing technical support to mechanics and internal functions Ensuring compliance with workplace regulations and safety requirements Customer contact via reception, phone and email Procuring spare parts and managing inventory in the business system Invoicing internal and external customers Monitoring and reporting working hours Transferring and administering information in supplier systems and applications About You To succeed in this role, TIP Group is looking for someone with experience from heavy vehicle workshop operations who enjoys combining administration, customer service and technical work. You work in a structured manner, have a business-like approach and are motivated by creating order, efficiency and good service. Qualifications: At least four years of experience in a similar role within a trailer, transport or truck workshop Solid knowledge of heavy vehicle technology Experience in planning and coordinating workshop operations Experience in spare parts handling and inventory management Experience in invoicing and service administration Very good system skills and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite Excellent Swedish and English skills, both spoken and written Class B driver's license is required As a person, you are responsible, service-oriented and communicative.
