Job Description
We are now seeking personal assistants for a man in his 70s who lives with his wife in the countryside outside Nässjö. The client uses a wheelchair and needs support with daily activities, such as transfers, personal hygiene, help with household chores, and accompanying him to activities.
The positions include both fixed-term employment on a scheduled basis and hourly employment as needed. You should be engaged, respectful, and attentive as a person. We would prefer someone with the ability to be personal while acting professionally.
Working hours are between 12:15 PM to 9:20 AM the following day, which includes 9.5 hours of on-call time per night.
We would like you to:
have a genuine interest in helping others
enjoy working closely with another person and contributing to a secure daily life
be able to understand and make yourself understood in Swedish
be able to work flexible hours - day, evening, and weekends
have experience in care and support. (This is a plus, but not a requirement)
A driver's license is required (automatic) as well as access to a car

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are held on an ongoing basis and the position may be filled before the final application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
