Assistant to 26-Year-Old Woman in Särö

We are looking for a woman who wants to work as an assistant for our wonderful 26-year-old client in Särö, starting in April. Our client has cerebral palsy, intellectual disability, and epilepsy. As an assistant, you will be present throughout the afternoon and evening, as well as every other weekend, and you will assist with help in all daily activities related to personal care and support her during activities. You are a reassuring person at her side, and most importantly, you are a calm and attentive person, preferably with a cheerful, playful, and mischievous personality with a childlike spirit. You enjoy coming up with things to do and have an easy time taking your own initiative. Previous experience as an assistant is not required, as we place the greatest emphasis on personal suitability, but we consider it a merit if you are trained as a nursing assistant or have experience working with children and young people, intellectual disability, cerebral palsy, or epilepsy. Our client enjoys doing activities and appreciates if you go bowling together, have coffee, or go shopping. She loves going to Liseberg and listening to music and performances. Your working hours vary between weekdays 16-22 and every other weekend Saturday and Sunday 11-22. The times may be adjusted slightly. We are seeking two people, and the positions are approximately 50-75% each with the possibility to work more. During the summer when our client is on leave from her daily activities, there is also an opportunity to work longer shifts on weekdays. Interviews will be held on a rolling basis and training will begin in April.
