As reinforcement to our team in Norrköping, we are now looking for: Assistant Store Manager (Temporary) Main Areas of Responsibility Managing the store in the store manager's absence according to New Yorker's concept Co-responsibility for sales, turnover, and inventory Responsibility for daily store operations Monitoring key business metrics Leading and motivating the team Training and continuous development of employees Sales administration All tasks occurring in the store Collaboration with other departments in a team-oriented New Yorker environment Your Profile Secondary education and preferably higher education in management, business, and/or retail and fashion At least 2 years of work in retail with talent for sales Experience with sales administration and preferably human resources administration, personnel management, and business acumen Leadership skills and ability to coach your employees Communicative, clear, and attentive Driven, self-directed, and organized Engaged and team-oriented Flexible, stress-resilient, and comfortable working at a fast pace High fashion awareness and preferably experience from the fashion industry Good knowledge of Swedish and English; knowledge of German and excellent Excel skills are an asset We Offer NEW YORKER offers you an attractive work environment with exciting challenges and plenty of room for your own ideas.
