We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused Assistant Restaurant Manager to help lead our team and ensure an outstanding dining experience for every guest. Position Summary As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, support staff, maintain high service standards, and ensure the restaurant runs efficiently. You'll play a key role in creating a positive work environment while delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Assist in managing the restaurant's daily operations. Supervise and support front-of-house and back-of-house team members. Train, coach, and motivate employees to meet performance expectations. Ensure excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally. Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety regulations. Assist with scheduling, inventory management, and ordering supplies. Help achieve sales goals and control labor and food costs. Open and close the restaurant as needed. Support hiring and onboarding of new team members. Qualifications Previous restaurant leadership experience preferred (Assistant Manager, Shift Leader, or Supervisor). Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving and customer service abilities. Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
