We are growing and are now seeking new colleagues for our team working with asset management in local and regional networks. As an Asset Manager, you will lead a cross-functional team within your geographic area to develop long-term asset management plans, ensure that facility risks are managed, coordinate these with other needs, and monitor and receive completed projects. You are responsible for ensuring that facilities meet requirements and expectations, and you represent Vattenfall Eldistribution as an asset owner both internally and externally. An important part of the role is working with other functions in your geography to develop solutions that meet the needs of customers, society, and the owner, as well as following up to ensure projects are executed as planned. We are looking for someone who wants to work strategically with technical issues, take overall responsibility, and thrives in a role with many contact points. You will have significant influence over prioritizing measures within our local and regional networks (0.4 – 130 kV) and will be responsible for matters concerning investments, maintenance, and development. Your main areas of responsibility include: Developing asset management plans, communicating them, and following up Leading a cross-functional team within your area Ensuring that intolerable risks within your area are managed, steering toward the company's strategic goals and customer needs Coordinating and aligning measures to maximize coordination benefits and create a profitable network business Representing Vattenfall Eldistribution as an asset owner in external and internal dialogues Monitoring and receiving projects from the operations organization Job Requirements We are looking for someone who is collaborative and takes responsibility. You thrive in a role with many contact points and find it easy to build good relationships, both internally and externally. At the same time, you are comfortable setting direction and leading others toward established goals. You have a good ability to communicate and create understanding by being both clear and receptive. To be successful in this role, we believe you have: An academic degree in energy/electrical engineering or equivalent experience Several years of experience in asset management or network planning within infrastructure or a related field Experience creating reports and giving presentations Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written B-category driver's license We consider it an advantage if you also have: Knowledge of electricity network regulation and the electricity network business Knowledge of risk management Knowledge of asset management systems, such as ISO 55000 Experience with direct contact with external customers and/or contractors Knowledge of contract law NIS systems for electricity network operators Power BI Additional Information We offer an exciting work day and good work-life balance at an attractive workplace with excellent opportunities for development.
