Madona City Preschool Education Institution "Priedīte" is hiring an assistant for a child with autism. Job Responsibilities: provide support during daily activities and educational processes at the educational institution; assist with self-care matters (hygiene, feeding, dressing); provide support in communication with educators and other children; assist in preparation of educational materials and organization of school supplies; participate in events organized by the educational institution. Assistant services at an educational institution may be provided by a natural person who has work or personal experience in caring for persons with disabilities, or has appropriate education, or has work experience in the fields of pedagogy, psychology, medicine, health, or social work (Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 695 of October 9, 2012 "Procedure for Granting and Financing Assistant Services at Educational Institutions") Compensation: 5.72 EUR per hour before tax withholding.
