Additional Information: This is a combined position for Pedagogy Assistant / Personal Assistant. Substitute coverage for maternity/parental leave. Suitable for recent graduates as well. Required Education: Pedagogical background (minimum completed secondary education and AP course), special education advantageous, social services focus advantageous. Position Overview: Individual and group pedagogical / special pedagogical work with children / students with moderate to severe mental disabilities, ASD. Primary School - Collaborating with classroom teachers on instruction, communication development, and comprehensive harmonious development of students. Preschool - Collaborating with teachers on comprehensive educational activities focused on expanding children's knowledge, skills, and habits, communication development, and comprehensive harmonious development. Assistance and support with self-care, meals, and other daily activities. The primary school provides education to students with special educational needs. The preschool provides preschool education to children with sensory, physical, or mental disabilities, ASD, or children with a combination of these disabilities aged 3-7 years. Currently, 40 students attend the primary school and 14 children attend the preschool. We employ over 50 staff members. Special Requirements - Knowledge: Previous experience with similar target groups advantageous. Good health and physical fitness, enthusiasm for working with children, empathy, social sensitivity, willingness to work in a team and continue learning. CV Deadline: August 21, 2026.
