Granulation Line Operator Assistant

Description:

Job Responsibilities: - Provide comprehensive support to the operator in managing the extrusion line and fulfilling production plans - Prepare EPS blocks for shredding, transport pallets to the shredder - Operate the shredder and monitor its performance - Sort incoming raw materials (remove black LDPE film, cardboard, and foreign materials) - Sort pallets by size and store them according to internal standards - Check material availability and compliance with production recipes - Operate forklifts (with valid certification) - Ensure dosing of all materials according to production plans and recipes - Clean magnetic separators and check metal separators - Maintain workplace order and cleanliness according to 5S and OCS standards - Complete production documentation (paper and electronic) during shifts - Assist with blade changes, laser filter replacement, and dust extraction system maintenance - Operate the extrusion line in safe mode when the operator is absent - Report any deviations, malfunctions, incidents, and technical issues to the operator and management - Collaborate on equipment repairs with the technical department - Maintain the technical condition of forklifts and report any defects Requirements: Fluent communication in Russian or Ukrainian is a plus.
