Teacher's Assistant at a facility providing institutional and protective education - Elementary School at DDŠ We require education in accordance with Law No. 563/2004 Coll., Law on Pedagogical Workers, § 20, subsection 2 (secondary school diploma + teaching assistant certification course). This is a teacher's assistant position - collaboration with the teacher on direct educational and instructional activities with students with special educational needs, assistance with communication between teachers and students and between teachers and legal guardians of students, individual and group support for students in preparation for lessons, and for students with disabilities, also assistance with self-care, depending on the assignment level. We require a clean criminal record, ethical principles, creative and individual approach to children, sensitivity, flexibility, ability to improvise, stress resilience, ability to cooperate with other pedagogical staff, willingness to work on self-education and personal development, and basic PC skills. Salary range: 28,000 Kč - 36,000 Kč, a special allowance for neuropsychic stress is granted upon hiring, and a personal allowance after the trial period ends. Fixed-term employment (3-month trial period) with the possibility of extension to an indefinite term.
