[] Work Location: Staré Křečany č.p. 39 407 61 Staré Křečany The Prevention Assistant supports the preventist in daily work with children and youth. The role focuses particularly on accessibility to the target group, establishing contacts, field presence, and assisting in activity implementation. Important skills include the ability to build relationships, work with informal authority, and establish trust. Basic Requirements • clean criminal record; • at least secondary education completed with a vocational certificate; • ability to establish natural contact with children and young people; • reliability, respectful communication, and ability to work as a team; • advantageous: knowledge of the local environment and community. Main Activities 1. Support for field work 2. Support for clubs and community activities 3. Motivation of the target group 4. Work with families 5. Monitoring of the public space situation 6. Administrative support Applicant Requirements • active and welcoming approach to children and young people; • ability to work with diverse target groups including children and youth from socially disadvantaged backgrounds; • resilience to stress, ability to remain calm in conflicting or unclear situations; • willingness to work in afternoon hours and at community events according to project schedule; • ability to maintain required documentation and share information within the work team; • respect for safety rules, child protection, confidentiality, and personal data protection.
