At our manufacturing facility in Mirotice, we are looking for a reliable and organizationally capable colleague who will be an important support to the production manager and help ensure smooth production operations from material supply to finished product shipping. What Will Be Your Tasks You will be one of the key links between administration and production. Your work will have a direct impact on how efficiently production operates every day. Providing administrative support to the production department Coordinating delivery of materials and packaging materials to production Material procurement, communication with suppliers, and resolution of operational requests Maintaining production statistics, material consumption, and packaging records Monitoring and evaluating production shift performance Supporting the production manager in planning and organizing operations Coordinating preparatory work before production begins Oversight of smooth packaging of finished products Collaboration in preparation of ISO audits and management of waste management records Ensuring the operation of the packaging line during holidays or colleagues' absence Maintaining order and organization of the production administrative office Who We're Looking For We are looking for a person who can take responsibility, likes organization, and can handle situations that require quick reactions. You have excellent organizational skills You are careful, independent, and reliable You can work with computers and standard office programs You can communicate effectively with colleagues and business partners You are not afraid of working with numbers, statistics, and records You can set priorities and follow tasks through to completion You are an active driver and hold a category B driver's license Experience in manufacturing environments, logistics, or administrative support is an advantage.
