We are hiring a full-time (100%) Pedagogy Assistant. The elementary school is looking for a colleague for the position of Pedagogy Assistant (this is an AP position according to § 5 subsection 3 of Regulation No. 27/2016 Coll.). What does this position involve? Full-time employment (100%). Direct pedagogical work shared between the elementary school and the school after-care program. Supporting students with special educational needs during classes and afternoon activities. Collaboration with teachers and educators. What we need from you: Appropriate education for the AP position according to the law on pedagogical staff (secondary education with a pedagogical focus or secondary school completion certificate + course for pedagogy assistants). Patience, empathy, and reliability. A positive attitude toward children and teamwork skills. What we offer: Employment contract for a definite period (1 year) with the possibility of extension. Salary classified in pay grade 8 (salary is determined by pay tables according to your credited work experience). A stable school environment and support from colleagues.
