Registration No. 90000013926 invites applications for the position of PATIENT AND CLIENT REGISTRATION OFFICER/-I (1.0 FTE) in the Donor Department of the Transfusiology Department (Riga) for an indefinite period. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: •conduct prior appointments, identification and registration of donors, prepare donor documentation both at the facility and during outreach visits; •inform donors about regulations to be observed before blood donation, about completing the donor questionnaire, and about the blood donation procedure within the scope of your job competencies; •supervise the transportation and storage of computer equipment, documents and other medical equipment to/from outreach visits, as well as at the outreach location. •perform facility cleaning in accordance with work load. REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICANTS: •secondary or secondary professional education; •registration in the register of healthcare and healthcare support personnel; •ability to continuously and rationally organize your work; •understanding of personal data processing; •knowledge of the official language at the level specified in regulatory acts; •digital literacy, ability to apply digital tools and technologies.
