Ability to use computer programs. Registration in the Medical Practitioners and Medical Support Professionals Register. State language proficiency at the highest level (C1), in accordance with the Republic of Latvia regulatory acts in effect during the specified period. Desire and interest in working with people, empathy, and a high sense of responsibility. Customer service experience. Duties: Receive and register clients and patients. Prepare patient outpatient records, ensure their storage and issuance. Provide necessary information about doctor and specialist appointment times, paid services, and patient payment collection procedures. We Offer: Interesting and dynamic work environment.
