About the unit
The Army Staff is its own organizational unit within the Swedish Armed Forces, which includes the Technical and Maintenance Office for Ground (TVK Mark). TVK Mark is responsible for materiel maintenance, materiel utilization and materiel maintenance economics within the army and ensuring that materiel is maintained in accordance with system objectives.
From January 2026, TVK Mark consists of a number of system sections with responsibility areas for Air Defense, Soldier-Carried Weapons, Field Work Equipment, Indirect Fire, CBRN, Wheeled Vehicles and Combat Vehicles, as well as a Coordination Section. The Coordination Section provides management and functional support for TVK Mark.
The Position
The position as detail chief involves planning, coordinating, supporting and leading our case handlers within technical service. The position may involve close cooperation with the Army's units, the Defence Materiel Agency (FMV) and industry.
Main responsibilities
Personnel responsibility for your employees in the detail. (Employee conversations, work environment, follow-up, recruitment, development, etc.)
Lead the detail's work in supporting the system sections in matters related to technical service, coordination, planning and follow-up
Work takes place close to your detail, which provides good conditions for present and developing leadership.

Qualifications
Academic education or other experience that the employer deems relevant.
Documented experience as a manager or leadership position with personnel and operational responsibility.
Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish and English.
Good knowledge of the Office package
Class B driver's license
Meritorious
Experience from work in the Swedish Armed Forces.
Experience from working with the PRIO system.
Leadership or management training.
Personal qualities
We are looking for someone who finds it easy to communicate and cooperate with others as the work includes multiple contact points. You are conscientious and work with coaching leadership and are confident in your leadership. You have good ability regarding administrative work, structuring and organizing as well as having good analytical ability in combination with good security awareness.
Great weight will be placed on personal qualities.
